As part of our Trojan’s Table Farm to School initiative, we're proud to showcase the schools and programs that helped grow fresh, local produce during the 2025-2026 school year.
Students and staff grew produce in raised beds, garden plots, tower gardens, and greenhouse systems across the district. Participating programs included elementary after-school Dirt to Dish programs, Barren County Middle School Agriculture classes, and the Barren County High School Greenhouse Program.
These efforts provided hands-on learning opportunities while helping supply fresh produce for our cafeterias and feeding programs. We are grateful for the dedication of our students, teachers, staff, and volunteers who helped make this initiative a success.
Join us as we celebrate the schools and programs that helped grow learning, leadership, and local food through Trojan’s Table! 💚

As part of our Trojan’s Table Farm to School initiative, we're recognizing the students who helped provide fresh, local produce for Barren County Schools during the 2025-2026 school year.
These students contributed through family farms, home gardens, greenhouse projects, and other growing opportunities. Their hard work helped supply fresh produce to our cafeterias while creating valuable hands-on learning experiences.
We are proud to highlight these student growers and thank them for helping grow food, knowledge, and opportunities for Barren County Schools. 💚
