Our students have a free opportunity to attend the Bowling Green Hot Rods game on Sunday, April 26 at 1:05 PM through Roscoe’s Reading Club. We have a ticket for each student in the building and extra student tickets are available for families who plan to attend and have additional children who would like to go. Students will be bringing home flyers with information today. Families who want tickets should return the second sheet of the flyer to school as soon as possible. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adult tickets can be purchased online at https://www.milb.com/bowling-green/schedule/2026-04 for $14 or bought at the gate.
Students may also join the pre-game parade around the warm-up track and get autographs after the game. Thank you to Mrs. Willmes for helping with this opportunity. We hope a lot of our families will go have some FAMILY FUN at the ballpark!
As we approach the end of the school year, we are now opening summer camp enrollment! This year, the enrollment process will be different, because there will be a firm registration deadline. Enrollment is open now through April 30, 2026. Students must be registered by this date in order to attend Summer Camp.

As the close of the school year draws near, we want to share significant end-of-year dates with families. Specific information regarding these events will be shared closer to time, but we wanted families to have a chance to save these dates on their calendars! The Dinner Table Project was created with the basic idea that families that eat together have better relationships. If children have better relationships with their parents and siblings, they are less likely to try drugs and alcohol. Children of families that share meals together also have better academic performance, higher self-esteem, a greater sense of resilience, lower risk of teen pregnancy, lower risk of depression, lower rates of obesity, and a lower likelihood of developing an eating disorder. We encourage families to eat together at least once a week with no electronics. These are great ideas to utilize for Spring Break!
Austin Tracy Elementary will be holding our annual talent show the last week of school. In order to participate, students will audition and practice with Ms. Alyssa, our music teacher. Auditions will take place on Thursday, April 16th from 3:00-4:30 pm. Students must have a permission form submitted in order to attend. If your child is interested in participating, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher to request a permission form! We cannot wait to see the amazing talents that our Eagles showcase!
Our Fill My Eagle fundraiser ends this week! There’s still time to fill your Eagle and help raise money for our students and school! There are even some awesome prizes up for grabs! If you haven’t donated and would be willing, please reach out to an AT student! We appreciate your support!
A few weeks ago ATE 5th Grader Paislee Gray approached Mrs. Willmes about wanting to put on a student art competition. Paislee worked hard to design fliers, communicate competition details, and organize over 40 entries! We are so proud of her leadership, and initiative, in providing an opportunity for students to showcase their talents!

The time is near. We hope to see everyone at Family Math "Knight" tomorrow evening from 5:00-6:30. It is sure to be an evening filled with numeracy quests and royal math games fit for a king. Hungry knights and scholars can enjoy hot dogs, chips, and a special treat. All knights who finish at least 4 of the 6 stations will have the opportunity to enter a royal prize drawing for a chance to win a treasure!
Before your quest ends, be sure to visit the Book Fair, which will be open throughout the evening. We can’t wait to see our Eagle families for a night of math, merriment, and medieval adventure!
