By exploring the anatomy of the frogs, students were able to make amazing real-world connections to the human body systems we’ve been studying all year. It’s one thing to read about organs in a textbook, but seeing how they all fit and function together in real life is a completely different experience!
So proud of our brave and curious young scientists today.

Fun was had by all!
Big shout out to BCMS youth services for helping make this day possible. We love you Mrs. Ryan!

At Barren County Middle School, we know that students learn best when they are healthy, safe, and supported. Nurse King is at the heart of that mission every single day. Whether she’s treating a scraped knee, managing complex health needs, or just offering a kind word and a steady presence, her impact on our Trojan family is immeasurable.
Thank you, Nurse King, for your dedication, your expertise, and the compassionate care you provide to our students and staff.
