Barren County Middle School would like to invite all grandparents to join us on Thursday, November 13th with their grandchildren for a special time together. Because we believe "Grandparents are the best kind of grownups!"
We would like to provide a time with refreshments, special photos ($5 cash charge) and performances from our talented students so grandparents can connect with their BCMS student. Please RSVP if possible by Wednesday. The times for each grade are as follows -
7th grade will be 8:30 - 9:45 AM
8th grade will be 10:30 - 12 noon

A huge shout-out to 7 of our BC students who auditioned and were accepted into the Southern Division Honor Choir, which will be held later this year in Memphis, Tennessee. Over 1,500 students auditioned from 11 southern states, and Mr. and Mrs. Lucas are proud to have 7 of those members in their choir program! Congratulate these students when you see them for their hard work, and for going the extra mile to audition!

Mrs Wood’s class explored pumpkins today! Students learned different heights of pumpkins, different circumferences of pumpkins, and the parts of a pumpkin. Fun fact, they learned that pumpkins FLOAT!!!
